Marshall @ Gwynfa

Sheila Marshall is a self-taught cook passionate about local ingredients, slow cooking and healthy eating. ¬†After working in the food industry for over twenty years she came to look after her parents at their home on the coast in North Wales in 2010 and after their passing opened Club Gwynfa as a boutique bed and breakfast and supper club. ¬†Sheila’s father was an enthusiastic vegetable gardener and Sheila has maintained his beloved kitchen garden in order to supply the demands of the Club Gwynfa kitchens.
