Roast chicken breast in a tarragon white wine sauce, Roasted salmon fillet with asparagus & pea risotto, Lamb’s liver with melted onions in a Marsala sauce

Sides:

Diced garlic roast potatoes, lemon & almond fine green beans, Vichy carrots

Desserts:

Lemon meringue pie, Croissant butter pudding with home made ice cream,  Fresh peaches poached in Marsala with an almond thin biscuit, Selection of cheeses and homemade pickles and chutney.
